The YMBD User’s Manual provides details and guidance about the available facilities at YMBD, and also provides instructions on how all operations should be conducted at the aerodrome. All aerodrome tenants and transient aircraft operators must adhere to the guidance and instructions provided in the manual, as well as operating in compliance with all CASA and Air services regulatory frameworks. Where there is any discrepancy between CASA regulatory material and the information contained in the user’s manual, the CASA material will take precedence.
